Each page tells you what we found in the audit, what we changed, what broke along the way, and the numbers that came out the other side.

What kind of work we take on

The projects above cover most of what we do: Magento 1 to Magento 2 migrations, Hyvä rebuilds, complex B2B platforms, greenfield builds for renewable energy and medical supplies, cross-border expansions, and a long-term Magento 1 maintenance retainer that's been running since 2019.

We work with mid-market eCommerce brands across the U.S., Canada, the EU, and the U.K. that have outgrown lighter platforms or inherited a Magento store that's stopped scaling. The projects above split roughly into four categories.

Magento 1 to Magento 2 migrations and cross-platform moves. Stores still running on M1 in 2026 fall into two camps — those rebuilding properly on M2, and those that need a few more quarters of stability before they're ready. F-ONE Ukraine and OilOnline are both full Magento 1 to Magento 2 migrations we delivered with zero data loss and complete URL preservation. Filterway was a Magento 2 platform upgrade rather than a cross-version move, but the data-migration thinking was similar. Dolya is a more unusual case — a full migration from Evolution CMS to Magento 2, which meant rebuilding the catalogue model from scratch.

B2B and enterprise platforms. United Porte runs a 100,000+ door catalogue with real-time inventory sync across 19 showrooms — the kind of operational complexity that only B2B Magento handles well. OilOnline's pan-European lubricants platform has multi-tier pricing, company accounts, and ERP-backed quoting. Dolya's B2B/B2C radio communication platform required custom workflows for B2B customers alongside a B2C front.

New builds and greenfield work. Some clients come to us with a clean slate — Dolya Solar (renewable energy), Revicare (a Canadian medical supplies rebrand), and Atica (cross-border expansion from Ukraine to Spain) are all greenfield Magento 2 development projects where we built the platform from the ground up.

Long-term maintenance and OpenMage support. Yellow.ua's M1.9 store has been with us since 2019. We moved it to OpenMage 19 with ongoing M1 maintenance when Adobe ended M1 security patches, and we still run monthly patches, PHP upgrades, and feature work on the platform. Magento 1 isn't dead — it just needs a specialist.

The numbers behind the portfolio

Across 30+ projects since 2019, we've held a 77% client retention rate. Most clients stay 3+ years; our longest active engagement is approaching six. The stores we maintain or build process more than $3M in revenue per month at aggregate. United Porte alone moves over 100,000 SKUs through its B2B catalogue. Atica ships internationally from a single Magento store. Filterway serves the U.S. filtration market on a Hyvä-powered M2 platform that loads sub-second on mobile.

The case studies above include real numbers — Lighthouse scores before and after, time to first byte, conversion lift, hours saved by ERP automation. If we don't have hard numbers for a project yet, we say so.

Why we publish full case studies

Most agencies write case studies for the sales pitch. Ours exist for a different reason: we want you to read three or four of them before our discovery call, so we can start from "I know what you do" instead of "let me tell you what we do".

If you're evaluating Magento agencies, full case studies are the cheapest way to spot the difference between a team that's actually built complex stores and a team that's selling templates. We publish the messy bits — what the audit found, what surprised us, what we'd do differently — because the messy bits are what tell you whether the team can handle your store.

We engage four ways: fixed-price audits and smaller projects, time-and-materials for ongoing builds, monthly retainers for support and maintenance, and dedicated teams for clients running multiple stores or markets. Pricing and scope come out of the audit phase, not before — we don't write proposals without seeing the system.
